CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING

Braxton’s programs take American Heart Association Recommendations into account which provide benefits like lower blood pressure and cholesterol, disease and some cancer prevention, better sleep, and much more.*

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Increase strength, tone, mass, and/or endurance and see benefits like increased bone density, lower blood pressure, increased metabloc rate, and increased white blood cells.**

NUTRITION

So your putting in the work, but will your body build? Braxton’s programs include customized macros and calories specific to your body.

PROPER SUPPLEMENTATION

Are you vegetarian, have inconsistent diet, or maybe unaware of what you might be missing? Braxton can help elvaluate your general diet and find missing nutrients that could be holding you back.

FLEXIBILITY

Often overlooked, it’s very important. Your muscles all have a protagonist and a antagonist. Ex: your bicep and tricep. If one is tight, or they’re pulling in diffrerent ways, it can lead to skeletal issues like lower back pain, shoulder pain, etc. Don’t worry- Braxton covers this.
